Description
6/4/26 - This is a nice, shooter-grade example of an early Erfurt Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1911. The gun is all technically matching-numbered. However, the slide has been re-numbered to match, and the firing pin is re-numbered. The gun is entirely re-blued. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there are areas of spotty discoloration most noticeable on the grip straps, along the barrel, and around the chamber. Fitted with replaced wood grips and comes with a mismatched police arsenal-numbered magazine. The rifling in the bore is fairly worn with obvious pitting throughout. The safety lever is a bit loose-feeling, but seems to function fine.
