7/1/26 - From the collection of Tom Whiteman. A COA will be provided. This is a very nice example of an early commercial Colt Government Model, manufactured in 1913. It is all correct and is in better condition than most you'll see. Its original and early high polish Colt bluing rates roughly 85% with honest wear concentrated mostly around the high edges, around the muzzle, and on the grip straps. Areas of light surface scratching throughout. Bright, original fire-bluing on the small parts. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips and comes with a two-tone lanyard loop magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
