Description

7/17/17 -  This an early and original S Code Krieghoff made luger with matching magazine, in about 92-94% condition. Less than 1800 of these were produced! It has the 1st variation HK logo and correct early wooden grips which are a little thicker than DWM or Mauser. With serial number 673, this one is barely off from #639, which is photographed in Gibson's book and replicates this one well. Internal parts have all correct L2 proof markings including the hold open and firing pin, which is numbered to the gun. I've only seen the #2 marking on these magazines a few times before, so not sure if it was added later but the proof and serial look original with no signs of buffing or renumbering on the magazine. Original straw is about 60-70%, and the bore is shiny and excellent.
