Description
5/17/26 - This in an all-matching C96 pistol in 7.63mm Mauser, manufactured in 1904-1905. This is a standard commercial pre-war C96 that was later accepted by the German Military during WW1 for military use. It has the Crown/U proof on the left side of the gun and the German Military Crown/Gothic D on the right side. There is a "Germany" mark on the right side of the gun as well indicating it was exported at some point. The finish rates about 92-93% with high edge wear, muzzle wear, wear by the magazine floor plate, some scratch wear on the left side of the frame, and wear on both grip straps. The grips are in excellent condition and match the gun. The bore is bright with excellent rifling.
