Description

9/7/17 - This is an extremely rare Mauser HSc from 1940.  This variation with low grip screw saw only ~700 manufactured, all in 1940 with high-polish finish. This variation represents the first 700 HSc's manufactured, as the revision to the grip placement on the frame had already been done before production began.  This likely means these pistols were already in inventory at the factory and the replacement forgings would have been ordered before the HSc came off the assembly line. This one has about 99% blue remaining with a couple of minor dings on the front strap.  Minty magazine and bore.  Grips show no notable flaws.
