Description

10/3/24 - This is an original Colt 1908 Vest Pocket. The slide has light finish loss and edge wear, particularly around the muzzle. The frame has high edge wear but retains most of its blued finish. Trigger retains almost all of its original color case finish, but the grip safety has thinned out over time. Bore has light frosting with strong rifling and is generally clean throughout. Markings are crisp and clear. In addition to the factory markings, the letters TOL have been inscribed on the frame and magazine; we believe this belonged to a Toledo, Ohio, police officer. Minty grips. The slide and frame have matching serial numbers. Pistol comes with one minty proper two-tone magazine.
