Description
9/15/26 - This is a 7.65mm Erfurt Ortgies Pistol from 1928. It is matching and "Crown N" proofed. It was issued to the Austrian military, as evidenced by the Austrian proofs on the left side of the slide. We believe this gun has an arsenal-reapplied finish. There is minor muzzle/high edge wear. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there is pin-pricking under the bluing on the entire gun and some small dots of oxidation here and there. Fitted with period-correct wood grips (honest bruising) and comes with one proper magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is noticeable pitting and oxidation throughout.
