Description
8/5/26 - This is an excellent example of a 1915 DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German Military during WWI, that comes with its original matching magazine. It has retained about 96-97% of its original bluing, with some finish loss on the front slide rails, bottom of the sideplate, and around the muzzle (which continues as mild thinning along the left side of the barrel). There is also some minor wear, a spot of finish loss, and hints of surface freckling on the front strap, as well as lighter freckling on the back strap. A small spot of discoloration on the right side of the slide beneath the toggle linking point. While this pistol is mostly matching, the front toggle assembly is mismatched, and the toggle pin, extractor, trigger bar, and grips are un-numbered, though the grips are in excellent condition. The bore is shiny with great rifling, but there is light pin-pricking throughout. comes with one original, wood-bottomed matching-numbered magazine, which in overall very good condition, with mild surface patina on the tube, and a small, repaired crack in the base, and a strong, fully functional spring.
