Description
8/6/26 - This is an excellent example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in February of 1937. It is all matching and comes as a rig with two period-correct magazines, an excellent period-correct leather shoulder holster with shoulder strap, nickeled cleaning rod, spare firing pin, and what appears to be a reproduction rope lanyard. One of the magazines is technically matching-numbered, but we believe it has been force-matched. The gun itself has retained about 97-98% of its original bluing with just hints of high edge / muzzle wear. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is some freckling/frosting on both grip straps. Fitted with period-correct hand-numbered wood grips - they appear to be mismatched, but the numbering is very hard to read. Mint bore.
