Description
9/25/26 - This is an excellent example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in September of 1937. It is all matching and comes as a rig with one period-correct but mismatched magazine and a very nice period-correct leather holster. The gun itself has retained about 97-98% of its original bluing. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is some minor pitting on the grip straps and in an area at the back left of the slide. Fitted with period-correct grips - the left side is hand-numbered (illegible), the right side is stamped and mismatched. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
