Description
5/26/26 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser Banner Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1941. It is all matching, has the proper police "Eagle L" proof on the right side of the slide, and has an added police sear safety. It comes as a rig with one original matching-numbered magazine, a mismatched but period-correct police magazine, a Luger tool that has a matching number to the gun on one side and a crossed-out number on the other side, and a minty 1941-dated tan leather police holster (the name "Jimmie Walsh" with a GI number is written on the inside). The gun has retained about 96% of its original finish with minor general high edge wear andmuzzle wear. Fitted with minty un-numbered and un-proofed wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is noticeable frosting throughout.
