Description
1/8/26 - This is an excellent example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All matching. This is a transitional BYF 44 variant with the earlier "Eagle 135" proofs during the period that they switched to the later "Waffen 135" proofs. The gun has retained about 95% of its original finish with minor high edge wear, muzzle wear, and very minor thinning on the front strap. Fitted with reddish phenolic grips and comes with a proper "Eagle 135" proofed Mauser magazine. Like-new bore. De-cocker is functional.
