10/27/26 - This is an excellent Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 27 revolver from 1955, chambered in .357 Magnum and equipped with the most desirable barrel length of 3.5 inches. It is all matching. The original bluing rates about 99%; while there is almost no actual finish loss, there are a few light surface scratches, a roll mark on the cylinder, and some light freckling on the front edge of the frame and on the underside of the trigger guard. Fitted with custom engraved ivory grips showing a dragon on the left side and an eagle on the right. Excellent bore, 9/10.
