07/31/2024 - For sale is a Springfield M1A rifle made in 1980. This rifle has a low 5-digit serial number and uses many USGI parts. The rifle has a nice dark parkerized finish with no signs of corrosion or pitting. The finish does have some scratches visible. The stock is USGO and has a P-proof stamp on the wrist. The bore is very bright towards the beginning but gets darker at the muzzle. The op rod, bolt, hammer, safety, and trigger housing have drawing numbers stamped on them. The rifle comes with an original Springfield green box with the serial number written in marker on the side.
