Description
10/9/26 - This is an excellent example of a "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1941. The chamber is dated 1941 and the toggle has the "byf" Mauser factory code. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 655" military acceptance proofs on the right side of the receiver. Fitted with excellent original "black widow" grips. It comes as a rig with two period-correct "black widow" magazines (their black bakelite bases were never numbered), an "Eagle 655" Luger tool, and an excellent 1942-dated black leather holster. The gun has retained about 94-95% of its original finish with just minor muzzle and high edge wear. Mint bore. A sharp, complete Black Widow rig that displays beautifully.
