Description

11/2/18 - This is a near-mint US Army Colt 1911A1 from 1944, with all original and correct parts. The pistol retains 97-98% parkerized finish, with minor edge wear and a few scuff marks here and there. Proper late-war Colt barrel, and 'R' marked magazine. The grips show minor handling wear but are in excellent condition. Bore is shiny with strong rifling, but has very minor frosting in the grooves. Comes with Colt factory letter, which states the pistol was shipped on November 9th of 1944.
