Description
12/9/25 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger that was originally issued to the Imperial German military in 1915. All matching with the proper military proofs. This one is "double dated" with a "1920" government property marking on the receiver, indicating it remained in government service after WW1. It was likely issued to the German police force. There is a "7.45." unit marking on the front strap. It comes as a rig with an un-numbered Imperial-proofed magazine, a chipped police-numbered magazine (not matching), and a period-correct holster that has no visible date and is missing its closure strap. The gun's bluing rates about 96% with just very minor high edge and muzzle wear. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips - small blemish on the left side. The bore has good rifling with light frosting throughout.
