Description
2/21/26 - This is an excellent example of an end-of-war AC 45 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. This one has a rare "Waffen 76" marked barrel, indicating it was made at the Czech FNH factory. It has all the proper late-war features, such as rough machining, cog-style hammer, and phosphate small parts. It only has two inspection proofs on the right side of the slide, a feature of very late war P.38 pistols. It has retained nearly all of its original finish with just hints of thinning on the front strap and on the phosphate trigger bar. Fitted with traditional Walther grips and comes with one "Eagle 706" "jvd" marked magazine. Excellent, shiny bore. De-cocker is functional.
