SOLD - Excellent Erma "ayf43" Flare Pistol

7/24/26 - For sell is an excellent "ayf43" code Erma flare pistol. The finish on this flare pistol has been incredibly preserved with very minimal finish loss. There are very minor hints of high-edge wear, a small scratch above the trigger well on the left side of the frame, and a small scratch above the hammer. Other than that, the finish looks almost brand new with very little wear. The trigger guard barrel release lever shows some pinpricking on the front and a little on either side. The lanyard ring and mount show some handling wear, but still remain fully functional. The left side of the frame bears the maker's code "ayf43" which correlates to a 1943 manufacturing date by Erma. Both the frame and barrel are both serialized "7532n". The right side of the pistol bear the military inspection proofs (E/280). The brown particle bakelite grips are in excellent condition with no signs of chips or cracks. The bore is unobstructed and shows very little wear. The barrel release spring is strong and tight with no play. Mechanically sound.
