Description
5/25/26 - This is a FN model 1922 Browning pistol made during WW2. It is all matching and properly WaA140 proofed. The gun retains about 94-95% of its original finish. Most of the wear is around the muzzle from holster carry. There is also very light high edge wear, and a small spot of finish loss by the rear sight. The grips are in excellent condition - the right grip has some bruising. The bore is in mint condition. The gun has two correct magazines. Comes as a rig with an original soft pebble grain holster that is Waffen proofed and dated to 1944. These markings are hard to see, as they are on the inside of the flap. The holster is in fair condition with the leather cracking and tearing in certain areas (especially around the holster flap). The stitching on the closure strap is a bit loose as well. The gun is accompanied by its original capture paper dated to October of 1945.
