10/08/26 - For sale is a French St Etienne Mle 1936 rifle chambered in 7.5x54 MAS, made between 1952-1955. The rifle has an excellent rearsenaled phosphate finish. The stock is bright and has been lightly sanded, and the serial number on the buttstock is faint. The bore is a 9/10, bright with strong rifling. The bolt and receiver have matching serial numbers. The stock is mismatched, and the magazine floor plate has a remnant of an old serial number that was ground off. Comes with a French leather sling.
