Description
3/13/26 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser C96 issued to the Imperial German military during WW1. Chambered in 7.63mm. It is all matching with an Imperial military proof on the right side of the slide. It comes as a rig with an original matching-numbered and Imperial-proofed wood stock, a period-correct LZA-marked and 1918-dated leather harness, and a period-correct cleaning rod. The gun itself has retained about 97% of its original bluing with very minor high edge wear, a few small handling marks and scratches here and there, and an area of very light freckling on the barrel. Fitted with matching-numbered wood grips. The bore is mostly shiny with strong rifling with just one small area of freckling near the muzzle end.
