3/26/26 - This is an excellent example of a M1921 Mauser "Bolo", manufactured in the 1920's. The Treaty of Versailles, signed in 1919, imposed restrictions on pistol barrel lengths and calibers on German arms manufacturers. Mauser began manufacturing a compliant version of the C96 for commercial sale with shorter, 3.9 inch barrel. This one is all matching and "Double Crown U" proofed. It comes with its original matching-numbered stock that is marked "Made in Germany". The gun has retained about 96% of its original bluing with just very minor high edge / muzzle wear and a few tiny handling marks here and there. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips - "Made in Germany" export markings on both grip panels. Minty bore.
