02/20/2024 - Up for sale is a great condition Eddystone Model 1917 towards the end of WW1. The rifle is in great condition with minimal finish loss. The parkerized finish on the metal has scratches from handling but no pitting or rusting is visible. The bore is clean with sharp rifling but is frosted/fogged throughout. The barrel is marked E for Eddystone, Flaming bomb stamp, and 10 - 18 for October of 1918. The bolt handle is marked E and the bolt body has W stamped. The stock is clean with no damage.
