Description
12/5/23 - This is an excellent matching example of a K98k made by JP Sauer & Sohn during World War 2. The rifle retains the majority of its original finish but the metal on the rifle has spots of oxidation throughout and prickling from corrosion but no signs of active rust or pitting. The stock is in great shape with no damages other than some dings on the bottom of the stock. This rifle has matching serial numbers in the following locations: barrel, bolt, bolt sleeve, cocking piece, safety flag, magazine floor plate, trigger guard, rear and front barrel band, rear sight ladder, slider, base, stock, and handguard. The cleaning rod is not numbered. The bore is very bright but gets darker towards the last 6 inches of the muzzle. The rifle is not import marked.Specifications
