3/23/26 - This is an excellent example of an all-matching Smith & Wesson Victory Revolver sold to the US commercial market in the 1940's. It was one of the earlier guns to go to the commercial market and it has a nice blued finish. It has a 5 inch barrel. The “SV” prefix was introduced to indicate the addition of an improved hammer block safety system. It has retained about 96-97% of its bluing with some minor muzzle wear and a light roll mark on the cylinder. Fitted with excellent hand-checkered wood grips - the right panel is numbered and matching. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling.
