2/3/25 - For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand that was accurized as a National Match by Glen Nelson. The receiver is a USGI Springfield and was contracted to Glen Nelson in 1979. The rifle has National Match marked Op Rod and barrel. The rear sight was replaced with an M14 National Match sight. The receiver was ground and restamped by Springfield the same way they had stamped early M1 Garands. The action has been bedded to the receiver with Bisonite. The stock was refinished by Nelson. The bore is very bright with great rifling. The muzzle erosion rates a 2 and the throat erosion is 1. The original M1 grand sight is included along with 8 En Bloc clips.
