5/22/24 - This is an extremely rare and desirable Colt Model 1902 Army Contract pistol from 1902. One of only 200 produced, from serial 15001-15200. This pistol was delivered to Springfield Armory on July 25th of 1902, and features proper military inspector markings with U.S. marking on left trigger guard, and John T. Thompson (JTT) inspector mark on right side frame. Right side trigger guard is also Rinaldo A. Carr inspected (RAC). The pistol is in good condition with some visible wear but also has some cold blue spot touchups in a few areas. The bore is generally clean with good rifling, but has minor frost in the grooves. Excellent Colt grips with no cracks or chips, just a small ding in the right panel. Rare two-tone magazine is marked 'MIL. COLT .38 CAL' on the base. Comes with Colt archive letter.Specifications
