Description
05/13/2024 - For sale is an extremely rare example of a Mauser HSc that was issued to the German Navy in WW2. This HSc was very early in production and has the low grip screws. As production went on, they would change the screw location to the middle of the grip. This handgun has been refinished and is in great condition. There are spots of pitting throughout the handgun and the reblue was applied over it. The pistol matches on the frame, barrel, and slide. The rare wood grips are also in excellent condition and free of cracks. The front strap of the grip is stamped with an Eagle over M. Only 1350 of this variation were produced and only 638 were issued to the German Navy. The holster is a period-correct HSc Mauser stamped Genschow & Co 1941 Berlin. The inner flap is stamped with RFV (Reichs Finanz Verwaltung) for the German Treasury. The rig comes with a spare magazine.Specifications
