Description
10/27/26 - This is an extremely rare Baby Nambu pistol as made by Tokyo Gas & Electric (TGE). The Baby Nambu was developed as a personal weapon for high ranking Japanese officers and only about 6,500 were made in total. TGE took over production in 1923, and its guns fall in the 5900 to 6500 serial range; only about 100 TGE Baby Nambus have been recorded. This one is all matching and comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. The original finish rates about 90%, with nearly all of the wear along the left rounded edge of the frame, plus some dulling and freckling on the back strap. Fitted with matching-numbered wood grips. Mint bore, 10/10.
