7/23/21 - This is a nice example of an original and matching Fabrica de Armas La Coruna FR8, dated 1949 on the receiver. The FR8 is based on the Mauser System 98 bolt action rifle, and was adopted by Spain at the start of the 1950s. Matching numbers on bolt and receiver. Minor thinning to the finish but no major defects or areas of finish loss. Strong, shiny bore. Stock has some dings but no notable issues. Import mark on barrel.
