Description
9/2/26 - This is a nice example of a Smith & Wesson Model of 1903 2nd Change revolver, manufactured in about 1920 and chambered in .32 S&W Long. 4.25 inch barrel. It has a factory-nickeled finish that rates roughly 85%. The majority of the flaking and oxidation in the finish is on the grip straps and around the grip panels. Light surface scratching throughout. Fitted with period-correct checkered wood grips with the patent date on the bottom edge of the left panel. Honest bruising on both sides. The bore has good rifling with some spotty surface oxidation here and there.
