Description

6/29/20 - This is a near-mint Colt Super .38 with CS-prefix in a custom presentation case. The CS-prefix guns were made just before the series 70 Colts and this one dates to 1969, so it's C&R eligible. The pistol has 98-99% of the original blue, with just a tiny area of finish loss on the front right edge of the frame, and left side of the muzzle. There are also a couple small spots of oxidation along the top of the slide. Minty bore and grips. Minor "idiot mark" from takedown. Also comes with the original shipping box. This white cardboard box has no markings, and a small ripped label on the front. Not experts on this model but appears to be a third model as it has fat barrel with rampant Colt on left side of slide.
