01/08/2024 - Up for sale is a great condition Lee Enfield No4 Mk1 made at the Royal Ordnance Factory at Fazakerley. This example is all matching with matching serials on the receiver, bolt, magazine, and stock. The rifle went through FTR Rework in 1948. The metal retains the black finish with some finish wear. The stock is in great shape with no damage of note. The bore is very bright with slight frosting towards the muzzle. The front of the receiver is marked with "England" as an early import mark.
