Description
10/10/25- For sale is a unique French Adrian helmet with a commemorative plaque on the front brim. The helmet is the original WWI pattern construction and has the correct dark blue French paint scheme. The badge on the front indicates a field engineer unit. The liner and chinstrap are likely both reproductions but seem at least 50 years aged, indicating a relatively old replacement. The exterior of the helmet is in very good condition with no noticeable damage or significant wear. The interior is also in very good condition. There is a brass plaque formed to the front brim of the helmet that has decorative imagery and a dedication that says "Soldier of the Great War 1914-1918". Overall in very good condition and an interesting piece of history.
