SOLD - WW1 French M1915 RF Infantry Helmet

4/21/23 - This is an original WW1 French Adrian RF Infantry helmet. The helmet is in great overall condition with most of the original dark blue paint still intact throughout the shell. There are small areas of speckled aging and discoloration but no major issues. There is one small dent on the left side of the outer shell just above the ear. The exterior comb and RF logo are securely attached and in great condition. The interior features and original leather liner. The liner is aged but mostly intact with only one of the inner tabs or "sections" missing. The leather is soft and pliable from natural age with some surface wrinkling and cracking. Half of an original leather chin strap is still attached as well. A very nice, all original WW1 example.
