SOLD - WW1 Imperial Infantry Pickelhaube

11/11/24 - This is a great example of a Prussian Infantry Pickelhaube from WW1. This example features nickel fixtures, domed spike base mounts, vented spine, both original cockades, original leather chinstrap, and the original leather liner still intact. The exterior black lacquered shell is clean but does have some cracks in the leather that is common considering its age. The chin strap is completely intact and original, but does have wrinkling and cracking in the leather. The metal fixtures are all great condition with light signs of age. The interior liner is clean with surface wear throughout. The interior shell is ink stamped with a circular maker marking that we cannot decipher.
