12/19/25 - This is a MAS 49-56 rifle made for the French army in the 60's. The MAS 49-56 was an updated variant of the MAS 49 series of rifles to be a smaller, handier carbine. The receiver is stamped P75 and P92, indicating it was refurbished in 1975 and again in 1992. The gun is mismatched with a small import mark on the right side of the receiver. It comes with a bayonet, scabbard, night sights, rubber butt pad, and leather sling. The metal parts show very little finish loss with just very light surface scuffs throughout. Minty wood furniture. Mint bore.
