Description
6/4/25 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser P.38 put together by the French using leftover Nazi parts immediately after WW2. The gun has all matching numbered parts, has a French star on the right side of the slide, and has a Nazi Waffen 135 proof also on the right side of the slide, a Walther "Eagle 359" proof on the trigger bar, and an "Eagle N" proof on the right side of the barrel. The barrel appears to have been re-numbered to match. Import mark on the underside of the barrel. Fitted with desirable "grey ghost" metal grips. Comes with a more modern magazine. The gun has retained about 97-98% of its finish with just hints of wear around the muzzle and on the front edges of the slide. The bore shows obvious pitting throughout. De-cocker is not functional.
