3/18/26 - This is a nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the German military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 37" military acceptance proof on the web of the trigger guard. It has retained roughly 85% of its original wartime finish with most of the finish loss being on the grip straps. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with a Sauer-marked magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling. Unfortunately, this gun doesn't fire in its current condition. In order to function properly, it needs a magazine safety retainer, magazine safety bar, and a magazine safety spring.
