4/9/20 - Original and excellent condition, WWII German Fireman's' Dress Bayonet with Scabbard. Note, there is no release button or slot for a rifle lug. Dress bayonet for ceremonial wear by a fireman with his "walking out" or evening dress uniform. All German government officials wore a sidearm with their dress uniform. Nickel plating in excellent shape with a minor area of spotting near one of the blade tips. Very little scabbard wear. Scabbard is excellent as well with no dents. 15-¬?" total length, 14-¬?" without scabbard, blade measures 9-¬æ inches. Beautiful grips. Nice piece.Specifications
