SOLD - Gorgeous 1917 Artillery Luger - Complete Rig

3/25/19 - This is a gorgeous example of a complete DWM Artillery Luger rig, made in 1917, with holster, tool, cleaning rod and stock included. The pistol is all matching and original with 98% blue remaining, showing only minor holster wear on the muzzle, side plate and bottom of the front strap. Matching, original grips and period correct but mismatched magazine. Small parts still show 50-75% straw. Minty bore. The pistol comes with an original but mismatched stock with sharp Crown/G proof. The holster is minty and all original with sharp maker mark and 1917 date on the back. The back is also stamped "GERMANY" as it was sent for export after WW1. Original tool and cleaning rod are present. The leather fittings to the stock, such as the straps and cup, are reproduction additions to complete the rig - they were made and affixed by professional holster worker, Jerry Burney.
