Description
10/20/26 - This is a nice example of an H&R .32 Caliber Self-Loading pistol. Made under license from Webley in England, the H&R .32 was an American version of the Webley & Scott Model 1906, with various upgrades during its production in Worcester, Massachusetts from 1916 to 1924. A total of about 31,650 were made in .32 caliber, and this gun's serial number places it late in production, around 1923. It has retained somewhere between 90% and 94% of its original high polish bluing. While there is not much actual finish loss, there is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, light surface scratching along both sides of the slide, and noticeable freckling on the front strap. Fitted with period-correct brownish hard rubber grips. Comes with a period-correct factory nickel magazine. Very nice bore, 8.5/10.
