SOLD - Husqvarna M/40 - Denmark Police

Description

11/8/17 - This is an original late WW2 production Husqvarna made in a special series of 2000 pistols for Denmark. Most of this production batch was issued to police, and the police stamp is on the right side of the frame. This pistol is marked "Rplt S 654" which means "Rikspolitiet". The pistol is all original condition and configuration, complete with two spare magazines, a cleaning rod, and "Made in Sweden" stamped holster. There is also a copy of the original manual that came with these pistols, and a translation (all of this is presented on 8.5x11 paper). Additionally, a letter of origin from 2015 is provided. The pistol is in about 97-98% condition with very nice dark bluing. There is some light surface scratching on the right side of the pistol, and light bore/muzzle wear. The front and back straps are excellent. The bore is mint. The pistol has an import stamp on the front of the trigger guard (shown in photos).
