4/23/26 - For sale is an IBM M1 Carbine made around January of 1944. The carbine had been rebuilt after the war with a mix of manufacturers and part variations. The metal has a nice phosphate finish with light edge wear. The barrel finish is also fading to a more worn light grey. The stock surface has been lightly sanded, but there is a hairline crack at the tang about 1/4" in length. The bore is bright with strong rifling. There is some fouling at the muzzle. The barrel is marked Underwood 9-43. The rifle comes with two 15 round magazines, one 30 round magazine, and one 10 round magazine.
