5/22/26 - Please note: This gun has a noticeably BULGED BARREL (see photos). It can be felt on the outside of the barrel. This is a Mauser Model C96 issued to the Imperial German military during WWI. It is all matching with the proper Imperial proof on the right side of the slide. It comes as a rig with an Imperial-proofed and matching-numbered stock (noticeable crack on the right side) and a period-correct leather harness (fairly tattered on the front side, and the stitching has come apart on one of the straps). The gun's original finish rates roughly 85% with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, noticeable finish loss on the front strap, and some wear along the underside of the barrel. Fitted with original matching-numbered grips. Other than the bulged barrel, the bore has decent rifling.
