02/27/2024 - For sale is a Pre-War K98k made by JP Sauer & Son in 1936. This rifle retains some of its original bluing but much of it is worn and has patina. There are spots of corrosion/pitting throughout the metal on the rifle. This rifle is mismatched throughout. The stock has been heavily sanded and the markings are not visible. The buttplate is loose as the bottom screw threads are stripped within the stock. The bore is bright towards the front half but the bore has signs of rust and corrosion. The rifle is missing its cleaning rod and the lock screws. There are some repairs on the bottom of the stock. No import marks.
