Description
12/5/23 - This is an excellent example of a Polish Wz.44 (M44) Mosin Nagant carbine made by the Polish People's Republic during Soviet occupation. The carbine is a direct copy of the M44 and was manufactured by many Communist Satelist states during the Cold War. Many of these carbines were made and thrown straight into storage and this one is a great example. The bluing on the metal is fantastic with minor oxidation on the rear sight ladder, the buttplate, and some spots on the bayonet housing. The stock is also free from damage and shows minimal handling marks. The bore is mirror bright. The carbine has matching serial numbers on the barrel shank, bolt, and magazine, The buttplate does not match but it is from another Polish rifle with matching finish. The rifle comes with a green canvas Mosin sling.Specifications
