SOLD - Hitler Youth DJ Sig-Rune Pennant Flag

2/14/24 - This is a scarce, original WW2 DJ Hitler Youth Pennant Flag. The flag is double sided with an embroidered sig-rune on each side, and no other markings. This sig-rune indicates Deutsches Jungvolk in der Hitlerjugend, which translates to "German Youngsters in the Hitler Youth". This was a separate section of Hitler Youth for boys aged 10-13. The flag shows mild aging with some yellowing on the "S" rune and a few small stains or spots of discoloration on the black background. Excellent, all original stitching throughout and high-quality construction. Both hanging rings are brass and non-magnetic. Measures about 10 inches long.
