SOLD - RZM Hitler Youth Knife by Eickhorn

2/28/24 - This is a WW2 original RZM Hitler Youth Knife with an original scabbard and attached leather frog. The dagger is a wartime production example with a larger ricasso and maker marked blade. One side of the blade is stamped with an Eickhorn logo and "RZM M7/66" underneath. The base of the blade is dated "41" as well. The blade has some light surface scratches and mild patina throughout but is in very good overall condition. The edge shows light sharpening and use (these were often heavily used by the DJ during WW2). The leather stopper is original and intact. Very nice original grips and clean emblem embedded on one side. The hand guard and pommel show light patina and surface wear. The scabbard is in great condition with some minor dents along the top / mouth. The toe of the scabbard has light finish loss. Original leather frog is still in great shape and attached as shown.
